FEES CHARGEABLE

1. The counselling fee is charged at $200.00 (w/GST) per hour, and it is applicable for individual, couple, and family sessions.  Every block of 30 minutes after the 1st hour will be charged half-hourly if the session is extended over an hour.
2. Children and teens (below the age of 18 years old) are required to obtain consent from parents/or legal guardians for counselling. Parents/legal guardians have to provide their particulars, in addition to the child’s/teen’s particulars on the registration form.
3. There will be an email acknowledgment when we receive your completed online registration form. Do check the spam folder if it is not found in the inbox.
4. The counselling fee is collected at the start of each session.

Cash, NETS, and PayNow cheque payments are accepted.

5. Fees for non-individual sessions:
  • The fee for couple therapy is based on the combined income of both persons.
  • The fee for family therapy is based on the combined income of the family members who are attending the session.
  • Fee for children under 18 will be based on their family’s  household income.
1. The Counselling Fee Subsidy Scheme (CFSS) enables clients to receive subsidies for counselling. The scheme is for Singaporeans/PR whose gross monthly income is $9,500 and below.
2. The subsidies provided will be determined through a means test. The counselling fee, after subsidy, will be adjusted to a range between $40.00 to $170.00 (w/GST) per hour. The subsidised fee is applicable for either individual or couple/ family sessions.
3. To qualify for CFSS, a client, his/her spouse/partner, and/or family members who are attending counselling, are required to submit ONE of the following documents for verifications:
  • Latest CPF contribution history of the last 6 months
  • Letter(s) from employer certifying the salaries drawn for the past 3 months; the letter must contain the Company stamp/ letterhead, certifying officer’s name, signature, and designation.
  • Latest notice of assessment(s) (IOA) from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
  • Student pass for full-time students above 18 years old (if applicable)
  • NS pass for National Serviceman (if applicable)
  • Public Assistance Card (if applicable)
4. Please follow the instructions on the acknowledgement email sent to you after you have registered for an appointment,  to submit the income verification documents.
5. Upon successful submission of the income verification documents, the amount of subsidised fee will be determined and the first appointment scheduled.
6. The subsidised fee will be subjected to review by the Management on a yearly basis
After Office Hours Surcharge
1. The first appointment will be scheduled during office hours. Our office hours are from 9.00am to 6.00 pm (Mondays to Fridays).
2. After-office-hours appointments are available on Monday and Wednesday evenings only. There will be a surcharge of $10.00 (w/GST) per hour for after-office hour appointments starting from 5.30 pm. Our office will be closed at 9 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Cancellation Charges
1. There will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee if a client does not notify us of a cancellation or postponement at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment. Based on the discretion of the management, exceptions can be made when cancellation and/or postponement in the last hour is due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
