Clear in explaining concepts

Trainer was very clear in explaining concepts and he gave very good examples to help us understand the different types of reflexive questions.  Open and helpful to answer questions. The trainer was continuously ensuring that feedback loop was present so that we can keep up with the content. He is concrete and clear, ensuring that all the contents are covered.
