Programme selections for your selected conference dates (particularly for pre-conference master workshops, where participants can select TWO out of EIGHT available workshops [1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon]) will be collected separately through a dedicated form that will be distributed a few months prior to the conference.

Registration, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of a duly completed registration form. Confirmation of registration will be sent to you within 7 working days. Invoice with final PCG subsidy will be sent to registered billing address.
There is strictly no cancellations or refunding of fees if the participant is not able to attend the event after confirmation of registration.
A substitute is welcome at no additional charge. This is subject to the Organisers being informed in writing at least 5 working days in advance of the event.For medical leave or emergencies, you may write in to inform of a substitute within the first day of the event. Please attach medical certificates or other supporting documents to your request.

Disclaimer

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event, change its programme or venue or any other details published. In case of cancellation by the Organisers, participants’ fees will be fully refunded.
