Student Pass application requirements and procedures
In the event Counselling and Care Centre (CCC) opens its full-time enrolment for International students, all International students will require Student’s Pass in order to pursue full-time study in Singapore.
Upon CCC’s assessment of the student’s eligibility to enrol into their course of choice, CCC will assist in the Student’s Pass application on behalf of the student. A Student’s Pass application will be applied through ICA SOLAR+ system. New application for a Student’s Pass must be submitted at least 2 months and not more than 3 months before the commencement of the course.
The following documents are required of each applicant for the application of the Student’s Pass:
- Completed Training Application Form
- ICA eForms 16 and V36
- 2 recent passport sized coloured photographs
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Copy of all education certificates and transcripts
- Letter of Employment (if applicable)
- Bank Statement (if applicable)
The processing time for a new Student’s Pass application is within four weeks (excluding the date of submission). Some applications may take longer to process. Successful applicants will receive an In-Principle Approval Letter (“IPA”) from ICA through the CCC with instructions to formalities that students are required to complete before the collection of the Student’s Pass.
