We strive to match you with a counsellor who best fits your needs and preferences. If you have a specific request, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Counselling Fees (Individuals)
The standard counselling fee is $200(w/GST)/hour. Every block if 30 minutes after the 1st hour will be charged half-hourly if the sessions extends beyond an hour. To find out if you are eligible for subsidies, check out our FAQ about the Counselling Fee Subsidy Scheme (CFSS).
Counselling Fees (Non-Individuals)
- The fee for couple therapy is based on the combined income of both persons.
- The fee for family therapy is based on the combined income of the family members who are attending the session.
- Fee for children under 18 will be based on their family’s household income
After Office Hours Surcharge
The first appointment will be rescheduled during office hours, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (Mondays to Fridays). After-hours appointments are available on Monday and Wednesday evenings with a surcharge of $10.00 (w/GST) per hour for after-office appointments between 5:30pm-9pm.
Rescheduling/Cancellation Fee
There will be a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee if a client does not notify us of a cancellation or postponement at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment. Based on the discretion of management, exceptions can be made when cancellation and/or postponement in the last hour is due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

Payment Methods
Counselling fees are collected at the start of each session through cash, NETS, PayNow or cheque payments.
Notice of Confidentiality
The therapists of the Centre are members of professional bodies such as Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), Association for Mental and Family Therapy Singapore (AMFTS) and accredited social workers by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board. The Code of Ethics of these Associations ensures the ethical and high practice standards of their members.
Whilst we appreciate and respect clients’ need for confidentiality, there are limits to the boundaries of confidentiality. Our therapists abide by the Code of Ethics but we also value life and living as part of humanity. When there is potential harm to self or others, our therapists are duty-bound to inform relevant persons who can best take relevant and responsible actions to prevent such injury or harm.
