The Transitioning to Leadership Positions course is a comprehensive leadership development program designed for professionals moving from
specialised or programmatic roles into broader general management positions within social service or healthcare organisations.

Practitioners would have an opportunity to develop foundational skills in this collaborative and strengths-based therapeutic approach.

With the ageing population, many of us will have to learn how to live with chronic illnesses. The future of medical care would probably have to move closer to homes and communities where individuals live as we seek to reduce dependency on the health care systems. This course ensures that participants will be able to understand how to engage with families from a holistic perspective.

Join us in our Systemic Learning Festival, where we demonstrate ways of integrating systemic theory and its applications in diverse settings. In this two-day workshop, we seek to advance systemic ideas and practice to enhance personal and relational well-being.
