How do I qualify for CFSS?

To qualify for CFSS, a client, his/her spouse/partner, and/or family members who are attending counselling, are required to submit one of the following documents for verification:

• Latest CPF contribution history of the last 6 months
• Letter(s) from employer certifying the salaries drawn from the past 3 months. The letter must contain the company stamp/letterhead, certifying officer’s name, signature and designation.
• Latest notice of assessment(s) (IOA) from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
• Student pass for full-time students above 18 years old (if applicable)
• NS pass for National Servicemen (if applicable)
• Public Assistance Card (if applicable)
