Who is eligible for the Counselling Fee Subsidy Scheme (CFSS)?

CFSS enables clients to receive subsidies for counselling. The scheme is for Singaporeans/PR whose gross monthly income is $9,500 and below. The subsidised fee is applicable for either individual or couple/family sessions.
